Downhole television systems, also known as deep well detection equipment, are high-tech electronic instruments designed to capture video footage in aquatic environments. These  systems  consist  of underwater  cameras,  transmission  cables,  main  control  boxes,  depth  measurement  systems, electric winches, and recording modules. It’s waterproofing capabilities, high-pressure resistance, and heat tolerance, they offer user-friendly operation, large data capacity, high-definition imaging, real-time visual monitoring, data acquisition, and recording functions. The systems automatically adjust focus for both distant and close-range targets while delivering sharp images and enabling real-time monitoring data storage. Particularly effective in dry boreholes and clear water wells, they provide exceptionally clear color images that serve as reliable evidence for accident response operations within various boreholes, demonstrating unique visual clarity and authenticity.

This equipment is primarily used in petroleum and hydrological drilling operations for  stratigraphic  structure analysis, identification  of  formation  fractures  and  karst  development  patterns  in  wellbore  walls,  detection  of  fracture  zones, determination  of karst  distribution  locations,  and  long-term  well  monitoring.  The  downhole  television  system  enables monitoring  across vertical, horizontal,  and angled  drilling  formations. During water well repair projects,  it  effectively assesses casing integrity, identifies falling objects, and detects filter pipe blockages. The system captures real-time images of casing damage and leakage incidents, with high-definition footage transmitted via dedicated underwater cables to surface displays for visual analysis.

* The control box panel buttons operate the rotation of the downhole camera, adjustment of camera light source brightness and focal length, as well as the elevation and speed control of cables and camera probes.

* Camera material: Stainless steel and hard oxide aluminum alloy casing.

* Camera window: Explosion-proof optical glass viewing window

*The  camera  employs  a  high-definition  imaging  sensor  with  a  fully  automated  light  sensing system.

* Camera angle: Supports both downward panoramic view and 360 °  infinite rotation around

the side wall in both clockwise and counterclockwise directions. Provides comprehensive coverage without blind spots, surpassing the limitations of conventional panoramic views.

Winch:

* Control the manual operation of the cable lifting and speed in the control box

* Main control box tray: Stainless steel tray, detachable for easy transportation

* Depth counter pulley: The downhole pulley is equipped with a depth counter function and requires a data cable to connect to the main control box for operation.

* Pulley support rod: Extensible pulley support rod, detachable.

* Depth counting function: Depth measurement accuracy up to 0.005 meters. If an error occurs, the depth can be calibrated.

* Depth reset: Reset the depth before logging to ensure accurate counting

* Electric winch: Controls cable deployment and retraction functions via a speed regulator switch, with adjustable cable alignment precision.

* Motor: Permanent magnet DC motor with self-locking function during power failure.
