The Abrasion Testing Machine uses a cycloidal pinwheel reducer, offering a large reduction ratio, compact structure, smooth transmission, and adjustable abrasive flow, effectively saving abrasive consumption. The machine achieves a steel wheel speed of 75 rpm through gear transmission reduction. Compared to belt drives, gear transmission is more precise, stable, and avoids slippage. Steel wheel rotation is controlled by a time relay; the motor stops automatically after reaching the preset time, i.e., the required number of rotations for the test. This Steel Wheel Abrasion Testing Machine, also known as Ceramic Tile Abrasion Tester, is suitable for abrasion tests on brittle materials such as unglazed tiles, mosaics, and concrete paving blocks.
