The NJ-FBG Series Fiber Bragg Grating Interrogator is a high-precision, high-resolution device developed by our company. It provides a high-stability scanning light source for fiber Bragg grating sensor arrays and analyzes the output optical signals, also functioning as a high-precision spectrometer. This product integrates technologies such as computing, fiber optic communication, fiber optic sensing, fiber optic transmission, and optoelectronic control, representing a successful application of fiber Bragg grating sensing technology.
The product is equipped with standard computer network interfaces, allowing users to perform data acquisition, storage, and analysis via a computer.
The interrogator supports wavelength-to-physical quantity conversion calculations for existing sensor structures, including linear fitting, polynomial fitting, reference temperature method for temperature compensation, and cantilever beam method for temperature compensation, meeting the computational requirements for sensors from all manufacturers operating within the 1523–1568 nm wavelength range.
Based on differences in the internal data processing components, the NJ-FBG Series is available in six versions, categorized by application scenarios and software functionality, covering module type, chassis type, and wireless communication type (with built-in DTU), capable of meeting the needs of various application fields.
