Product Introduction
1. Purpose and Characteristics
The NJ-10T/20T/30T type contact network embedded rod pull-out tester is developed and produced by Beijing Naijiu Weiye Technology Co., Ltd. It is suitable for detecting the anchoring force of anchor rods, anchor cables, steel bars, anchor bolts, and other anchor solids. It is one of the necessary instruments for quality inspection of anchor rod construction and support engineering.
2. Structure:
The equipment consists of manual pumps, hydraulic cylinders, digital pressure gauges, and high-pressure hoses. The pump body is made of precision cast steel, with a long service life. The hydraulic cylinder is a hollow self resetting type, and the NJ series hollow oil cylinder is equipped with a handle and can be connected to a high-pressure hose through a quick connector. The digital pressure gauge reading is intuitive and can directly read the anchor rod tension (kn) value. This series of tension gauges has a compact structure, convenient carrying, small size, and light weight. The manual pump of the tension gauge can also be used as a power source for universal low flow high-pressure oil.
3 Working principle
The working principle of the contact network embedded pole pull-out tester (tension meter) is: when the central hole of the jack covers the tested pole, select a suitable fixture to clamp the part of the tested pole that exposes the central hole; Under the action of the hydraulic pressure of the pressure pump, the oil pressure is transmitted to the jack cylinder body through the oil pipe, and the piston rod moves outward against the specialized clamp; The pressure directly acts on the outer shell of the anchor and is then transmitted to the clamp. After being subjected to force, the clamp clamps the tested rod tightly, ultimately causing the rod to experience outward pulling force; At this point, the pressure gauge on the pressure pump displays the corresponding force (kN) value, which reflects the magnitude of the pulling force on the tested rod.
If the above rods are steel bars, the magnitude of the anchoring force on the steel bars can be measured. After completing the testing, the tester needs to manually shake and vibrate the anchor with minimal force to easily remove and pull out the jack.
If the embedded rod is in a threaded form, use the optional matching rod and adapter for use. First, connect the embedded rod with the adapter, then connect the adapter to the pull rod, pass through the center of the hollow jack, and attach the pull rod nut before starting pressure testing
